Responsibilities

• Research healthcare organizations and identify key decision-makers.
• Assist with account reviews by gathering customer insights and growth opportunities.
• Support Account Managers with outreach via phone and email campaigns.
• Help develop prospecting strategies and sales cadences.
• Prepare customer presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
• Participate in customer meetings, sales training, and strategy sessions.
• Track sales activities, pipeline, and customer engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Graphic Design teams on initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experiences and internal processes.
• Complete special projects that support business growth and sales initiatives.
