Job summary

Ascend Learning is seeking a Product Solutions Consultant in Burlington, MA, to oversee successful implementation of StaffGarden Competency programs for healthcare clients. This role involves configuring programs, training users, and collaborating with senior consultants. The position allows for remote flexibility across the United States but prefers candidates in the Eastern or Central time zone.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years in acute care nursing and familiarity with SaaS solutions. Additional perks include generous paid time off and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in acute care nursing and 1+ years in nursing professional development required; active RN license strongly preferred.
• Experience in or adjacent to healthcare and nursing professional development settings is preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 15% for client training and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Configure and build Competency programs in StaffGarden based on the agreed-upon program design.
• Train end users and new organizations on how to use the StaffGarden Competency program.
• Perform quality assurance checks on Competency builds completed by the Support team.
