Job summary

Relay Robotics is seeking a Technical Solutions Associate to support robot deployments, customer implementations, and technical troubleshooting. This early-career role offers hands-on exposure to robotics, healthcare tech, and cloud-connected systems across hospital deployments and internal optimization projects.

You will work with Operations, Support, Field Operations, and Solutions teams to deliver successful deployments, diagnose issues, and build repeatable processes as Relay scales.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Willingness to travel 20–40% to customer sites is required.
• Curiosity, ownership, and ability to learn complex systems independently.

Responsibilities

• Support hospital deployments from pre-installation through go-live.
• Assist with site readiness including network requirements and mapping.
• Provide onsite technical support during installations and upgrades.
• Validate robot operation in live hospital environments including route testing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve deployment blockers.
• Capture field observations to improve future deployments.
• Troubleshoot issues using logs, telemetry, and cloud services.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Support, and Field Operations to resolve issues.
