You will coordinate risk education, handle incidents, and act as a legal risk advisor for clinical staff. Strong leadership and communications skills are essential.

Requirements include 3+ years in risk management, a Bachelor's degree, and licensed driver. Master’s preferred; CPA/CPHRM options noted.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in risk management or related management experience.
• Understanding of regulatory environment incl. HIPAA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the system for loss or injury exposure identification and analysis.
• Provide statistical analysis on risk areas to reduce incidents.
• Coordinate risk education and ongoing staff trainings.
• Serve as advisory resource on legal questions in risk matters for clinical staff.
