Summit BHC Wichita, LLC's Bel Aire Recovery Center in Bel Aire, Kansas, seeks a seasoned Business Office Manager to lead all business office functions—billing, collections, and receivables—ensuring timely cash flow and accurate client financial records.

You will supervise staff, monitor metrics, and collaborate with leadership and the Centralized Business Office to optimize revenue cycle performance on site, while maintaining compliance and staff development.

Formación

• Three or more years of Business Office experience, preferably in a behavioral health setting.
• Experience in billing, verification, certification, authorization, managed care, revenue capture, and payer relationships.
• Strong revenue cycle technical skills and strong analytical abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Explain benefits, negotiate payment plans with clients and their families.
• Establishes and maintains controls for all cash collected at the facility level.
• Oversees bank activity, deposits, and revenue collection; analyzes metrics and implements corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborates with department and corporate leadership to meet facility goals; may lead a team and supervise staff.
• Monitors staff scheduling and ensures contingency staffing; supports audits and month-end close.
