You will oversee resident financial records, ensure accurate claims, and drive collections while maintaining compliance with federal and Kansas regulations.

• 3–5 years of healthcare business office management experience.
• Hands-on Medicare and insurance billing experience.
• Experience with Kansas Medicaid and Care Access processes.
• Strong collections track record and AR management.
• Knowledge of federal and Kansas regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business office operations and maintain resident financial records.
• Manage accounts receivable, billing, and collections.
• Ensure timely claim submissions and accurate payer billing.
• Monitor denials, repayments, and reconcile accounts.
• Attend weekly UR and monthly Triple Check meetings and coordinate with team.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with regulations.
