Job summary

The Senior Associate at BRG’s Integrated Health Solutions practice is a junior-level consulting role focused on revenue cycle performance improvement for healthcare providers and payers. You will support qualitative and quantitative workstreams, develop practical solutions, and contribute to client deliverables and business development in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of healthcare industry or consulting experience in revenue cycle performance improvement and process reengineering.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in management, accounting, finance, healthcare administration, or related field.
• An industry certification (CRCR, CHFP, CHAM, CRCE-I, CRCE-P) is preferred.
• Strong project management experience and ability to draft workplans, budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to manage client relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Epic/Cerner/Allscripts/MEDITECH/athenaIDX preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of client engagements and discrete segments of larger projects.
• Advance initiatives across revenue cycle continuum (Patient Access to Payment).
• Develop operational and financial metric improvements (DNFB, AR days, cash acceleration).
• Prepare workplans, budgets, timelines, deliverables, and transition documents.
• Develop analyses and financial models using transactional data.
• Manage client relationships at representative to director levels.
• Use R, SQL, and Python to develop solutions.
• Present findings to steering committees.
