Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare billing, claims processing, accounts receivable, and collections preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage billing and collections activities for home care services.
• Review and validate service documentation, authorizations, rates, and related data.
• Monitor accounts receivable, outstanding balances, denials, and payments; follow up for timely reimbursement.
• Research, resolve, and document billing discrepancies and claim issues.
• Communicate with clients, payers, and internal departments to obtain required information.
