Cross Country Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to oversee billing and collections for home care services, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely reimbursements.

You will track accounts receivable, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to improve revenue cycle performance. The role emphasizes compliance with payer requirements, proper documentation, and data integrity, while supporting process improvements and protecting confidential

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or relevant experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, collections, or related revenue cycle functions.
• Experience with healthcare billing, claims processing, and payer requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and billing/databases systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational abilities; effective communication.

Responsabilidades

• Manage billing and collections activities for home care services, ensuring accurate and timely claim submissions.
• Review service documentation, authorizations, rates, and related data to support billing accuracy.
• Monitor accounts receivable, denials, and payment variances; follow up to secure timely payments.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies, claim issues and payment concerns.
• Communicate with clients, payers, and internal teams to obtain required information and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate account records, billing documentation, and collection notes.
• Analyze payments and identify underpayments or outstanding balances to recover revenue.
• Monitor aging reports and prioritize collection efforts to improve cash flow.
