Florida Orthopaedic Institute is seeking a Refunds and Payment Posting Manager to oversee payment posting, credit balance resolution, and refund processing across the revenue cycle. You will lead a team and ensure accurate posting and timely reconciliations.

This role collaborates with Finance, Patient Services, and Operational Leadership to maximize revenue integrity, minimize financial risk, and drive process improvements. You will develop dashboards, monitor KPIs, and ensure HIPAA compliance.

Formación

• Five years of progressive healthcare revenue cycle experience.
• Two to three years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of payment posting, refunds, reconciliations, and healthcare reimbursement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop Payment Posting and Refund Specialists.
• Oversee accurate posting of payments and refunds.
• Ensure reconciliations and internal controls are maintained.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance.
• Ensure CMS/HIPAA compliance and SOP adherence.
