Job summary

Arizona Specialty Hospital is seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee the Business Office and drive efficient reimbursement for services. You will supervise admissions, verification, billing, HIM, collections, and AR processes while coordinating with the CSO to optimize revenue cycle operations.

The role requires leadership experience, healthcare finance knowledge, and strong collaboration with payers and physicians to maintain financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred.
• Five years of supervisory experience in a healthcare revenue cycle capacity.
• Proficiency in accounting and ability to use computer-automated accounting systems.
• Experience working with different types of third-party payers including HMO, PPO and Medicare/Medicaid, etc.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Business Office functions with focus on revenue cycle management.
• Establish effective working relationships with patients, physicians, and contracted insurance providers to ensure reimbursement excellence.
• Serve as the revenue cycle operations liaison to the USPI Central Support Office (CSO).
