Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
• Five years supervisory experience in healthcare revenue cycle.
• Experience with HMO, PPO, and Medicare/Medicaid payer mix.
• Demonstrates accountability, integrity, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Business Office functions with emphasis on revenue cycle management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with patients, physicians, and contracted payers to ensure timely reimbursement.
• Serve as liaison to USPI Central Support Office (CSO) for revenue cycle operations.
• Supervise Admitting/Registration, Insurance Verification, Patient Billing, Charge Entry, HIM, Collections, AR, AP, and Reception.
