The role reports to the COO and emphasizes operational excellence, staff development, and robust reporting to leadership. A strong, proactive leader with healthcare admin experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of administrative leadership or revenue-cycle experience.
• Experience supervising administrative staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and office technology.

Responsibilities

• Supervise administrative staff and assign daily workloads.
• Oversee intake, scheduling, and front-office workflows.
• Manage revenue-cycle processes including insurance verification and claim submissions.
• Monitor HIPAA compliance and quality assurance activities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Develop SOPs and dashboards to improve efficiency.
