Responsibilities

• Data & Demographics Entry: input patient demographics and insurance details into the EHR/EMR network.
• Data Security: protect PHI and patient records during entry.
• Charge Posting: process and post medical billing charges timely.
• Record Management: organize incoming charts and charge documentation.
• Reconciliation Support: assist in matching and reconciling logs.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: pull docs across platforms to process claims.
• Regulatory Compliance: maintain compliance with OSHA, ODH, BOP, and TJC.
