Revo Health is seeking a Revenue Cycle Generalist to provide administrative support to Billing and Reimbursement teams in a Bloomington, MN area role. This entry-level, part-time position (0.75 FTE) operates Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM, with potential hybrid work after training.

Responsibilities include handling patient communications, understanding health plan requirements, processing refunds, and supporting mail/document workflows within Revenue Cycle.

• Administrative tasks and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional communication over the phone, email, or written documentation.
• Understand health plan requirements and networks.
• Mail and attach documentation to refund checks.
• Scan and fax documents for Revenue Cycle.
• Handle incoming/outgoing mail distribution.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on unpaid or denied claims.
