Qualifications

• 4+ years healthcare analytics experience in a relevant analytical, reporting, or business intelligence role.
• Advanced SQL skills with ability to build complex queries and analytical solutions.
• Experience developing dashboards and data visualizations in Tableau.
• Experience working with large healthcare datasets and integrating data from multiple sources.
• Epic Caboodle experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key analytics partner to Revenue Cycle, Finance, and Operations leaders by delivering reporting and insights that support decision‑making.
• Analyze financial, operational, and revenue cycle data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop reporting and analyses that help improve reimbursement outcomes, operational performance, and financial results.
• Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for business stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into technical reporting solutions and actionable analytics deliverables.
• Monitor key financial and operational metrics and provide recommendations based on findings.
• Respond to ad hoc analytical requests with timely, relevant, and practical insights.
• Collaborate with Finance, Revenue Cycle, IT, and operational teams on analytics and reporting initiatives.
• Support process improvement, automation, system testing, and implementation efforts tied to reporting and data management.
