SolutionHealth is seeking a Revenue Integrity Financial Analyst Associate in Manchester, NH. The role develops, maintains, and optimizes reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics to support Revenue Cycle and Payer Relations teams, collaborating to identify needs and ensure data accuracy.

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor’s or equivalent experience, 3+ years in revenue cycle reporting, and proficiency with Tableau, PowerBI, and Excel, with strong analytical capabilities and regulatory awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of Revenue Cycle reporting experience.
• 1-3 years of progressive analytical experience required.
• Knowledge of quantitative and analytical methods required.
• Experience with Tableau and PowerBI reporting tools required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products required.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis on denials, payer variances, contract discrepancies, and revenue trends using Epic Reporting Workbench and Microsoft Excel.
• Assist in compiling charge data, reconciling data, monthly invoicing, and net revenue modeling.
• Design, build, and optimize dashboards, scorecards, and reporting products for department leaders and clinicians that provide visibility into revenue cycle metrics.
• Validate data sources to ensure consistency, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
