Job summary

Netsmart is seeking a Technical Solution Architect to design workflows and reports within the myAvatar NX platform. You will translate complex business needs into scalable solutions, collaborate with clients, analysts and stakeholders, and optimize reporting to support clinical, operational, financial and regulatory goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 4+ years in healthcare IT implementation or consulting.
• 3+ years developing enterprise reports with ActiveReports or ActiveReports.NET.
• 3+ years writing SQL with joins, subqueries, aggregates and data validation.
• 1+ year of project management experience.
• Strong communication with technical, clinical and operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, modify and maintain reports using ActiveReports/ActiveReports.NET per business requirements.
• Implement grouping, sorting, filtering, parameters, calculated fields, charts and exports.
• Provide workflow and solution design during client engagements to realize benefits.
• Guide clients through upgrades, changes and ongoing maintenance.
• Mentor solution teams on methodology and best practices.
