Vincentian Collaborative System seeks an experienced Renovation Supervisor to lead the Renovation Team and oversee projects across multiple locations. You will coordinate planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring safety and compliance in healthcare and childcare environments.

You will work closely with the Executive Director of Facilities and Support Services, the Project Manager, and facility leadership to complete projects efficiently while maintaining quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Trade or vocational school degree or certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Demonstrated experience leading construction, renovation, or related projects.
• Experience in a hospital, nursing home, or healthcare setting preferred.
• Familiarity with OSHA standards, NFPA 101 Life Safety Code, NFPA 70, and safety practices.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction plans.
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple facilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise the Renovation Team across multiple locations.
• Coordinate renovation projects with facility administrators and leadership.
• Schedule and delegate work orders and manage timelines.
• Plan materials, tools, and equipment for projects.
• Ensure safe, compliant work in healthcare and childcare environments.
• Maintain safety procedures and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Travel between VCS locations to oversee projects.
