Job summary

A long-standing New Jersey law firm in Woodbridge is hiring a healthcare attorney for its regulatory and transactional practice. The role focuses on counseling providers on regulatory compliance and licensing, and drafting provider, employment and services agreements.

Ideal candidates have two or more years in healthcare regulatory or healthcare corporate practice, with hands-on contract drafting, and experience with hospitals, physician practices or surgery centers.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in healthcare regulatory or healthcare corporate practice.
• Hands-on contract drafting experience.
• Experience with hospitals, physician practices or surgery centers.
• Admitted in New Jersey; New York admission or transferable UBE score is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Counsel providers on regulatory compliance and licensing.
• Draft and negotiate provider, employment and services agreements.
• Perform corporate work for healthcare entities, including formation, affiliations and acquisitions.
• Answer questions that arise when medicine meets the rules.
