VOYlegal is working with a well-established New Jersey law firm that is looking to add a Healthcare Attorney with 3–8+ years of experience to its Chambers Ranked healthcare practice.

This is a great opportunity for an attorney who enjoys the business and regulatory side of healthcare and wants to work closely with healthcare providers, medical practices and other industry clients.

Qualifications

• Healthcare regulatory compliance experience with law firms or in-house.
• Healthcare transactional or corporate healthcare experience.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills.
• NJ Bar admission is required; NY admission is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advise on healthcare regulatory compliance and transactions.
• Support practice acquisitions, joint ventures and business arrangements.
• Provide day-to-day healthcare law counsel to providers and industry clients.
• Draft, negotiate and review healthcare agreements.

The practice includes:

• Healthcare regulatory compliance
• Practice acquisitions and other healthcare transactions
• Joint ventures and business arrangements
• Compliance strategies and risk assessments
• Advising clients on day-to-day healthcare legal issues

The ideal candidate will have healthcare transactional experience OR substantive corporate transactions experience with a desire to focus on healthcare law. Must have excellent writing and analytical skills, and the ability to work directly with clients. NJ Bar admission is required; NY admission is a plus. Candidates with more than 8 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
