Responsabilités

• Regulatory counsel on HIPAA, Stark Law, and Anti-Kickback Statute.
• Draft, review, and negotiate healthcare-related contracts; assist in due diligence for M&A & partnerships.
• Support administrative proceedings and regulatory investigations in healthcare.
• Mentor junior associates and paralegals on healthcare law matters.
• Provide proactive memos and reports on legislative changes and industry trends.
