Job summary

HonorHealth Deer Valley Medical Center in Mesa, AZ seeks a Regulatory/Accreditation Compliance leader to drive federal certification, state licensure, and accreditation readiness across the network.

Under AVP Regulatory/Accreditation, you will develop, implement, and sustain comprehensive programs, providing guidance to leadership, medical staff, and external partners to strengthen performance and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree - Preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree BSN or advanced degree or equivalent in a healthcare field or related discipline (such as Pharmacy, MD, DO) - Required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures network-wide compliance with federal, state and accrediting standards and surveys.
• Assesses performance and coordinates corrective and preventive actions.
• Leads clinical quality and continuous improvement related to accreditation and licensing.
• Facilitates education programs on regulatory processes and network performance improvement.
• Operates ISO internal auditing: schedules audits, tracks results, reports to ISO lead.
• Participates in policy development with focus on quality and regulatory compliance.
