Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare field or equivalent experience.
• Master’s in healthcare or project management certification preferred.
• Advanced training in related specialty programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and apply accreditation standards; lead change and manage projects.
• Develop and manage organization-wide compliance and risk assessments.
• Serve as SME for DNV, CMS, and state licensing; prep for unannounced surveys.
• Facilitate accreditation and PI teams; support performance improvement initiatives.
• Communicate survey information to leaders and track changes enterprise-wide.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare field

Master’s degree in healthcare or PM certification

Advanced specialty certification training
