Job summary

Phoenix Children's Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Regulatory Coordinator to lead enterprise-wide accreditation efforts and maintain continuous survey readiness for announced and unannounced visits.

You will interpret CMS and DNV standards, coordinate cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and communicate findings to hospital leadership. This full-time, day-shift role is based in Phoenix and supports the CORP | Accreditation and Regulatory department.

Qualifications

• Two years project management/coordination in a team environment
• Three or more years experience in acute care
• Working knowledge of DNV standards, CMS Conditions of Participation, and State licensing laws

Responsibilities

• Expertise in accreditation processes; lead change and manage projects.
• Develops system for assessing compliance and risk using clinical data and survey findings.
• Serves as subject matter expert for DNV, CMS, and State licensing law.
• Leads internal efforts to prep for unannounced surveys with action plans.
• Facilitates accreditation and PI teams using Performance Improvement Methodology.
• Develops organization-wide communication on survey information and standards.
• Performs miscellaneous duties.
