Job summary

Haven Health is seeking a Clinical Compliance Director to lead regulatory compliance across our Arizona facilities. You will provide clinical leadership, education and guidance to ensure adherence to state and federal regulations.

Reporting to the Clinical Operations Director, you will collaborate with nursing leadership, develop and enforce policies, and drive company-wide improvement.

Qualifications

• 4 year bachelor's degree or multiple years of related management experience.
• Active, non-probationary Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum 5 years of Director of Nursing experience with a history of superior DHS surveys.
• Valid Background Check, Fingerprint Clearance Card and Employee Health Screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, guidance and education of regulatory compliance of company clinical services in accordance with established policies and procedures and state and federal regulations.
• Work closely with VP of Clinical Operations and Directors of Nursing to ensure clinical compliance and interact with nursing department to improve resident care.
• Make recommendations for company-wide implementation and writes and enforces approved policies at the facility level.
