Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with referral sources including physicians, hospitals, and health systems.
• Educate referral sources on Enhabit services and program requirements.
• Support post-acute care transitions to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to achieve goals.
