The role requires a Bachelor's or equivalent in healthcare administration or related fields, with experience in healthcare sales/marketing and knowledge of Medicare regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or graduate of nursing/therapy/social work, or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with federal/state laws governing Medicare home health operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage key relationships with providers, hospitals and referral sources.
• Educate referral sources about Enhabit services and program requirements.
