Sunflower Communities, a part of Home Health Care, Inc., in Golden Valley, MN, seeks a Territory Sales Manager to drive referral development and occupancy growth for an 80-bed assisted living community.

You will report to the Director of Business Development, cultivate healthcare and senior living referrals, target about 10 admissions monthly, and maintain 5–8 meaningful conversations daily while delivering results.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in assisted living or memory care sales; healthcare, home care, hospice, or senior services business development; or medical device, pharmaceutical, or other referral‑driven healthcare sales preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Drive referral development, lead generation and occupancy growth across multiple communities, targeting an 80-bed assisted living community.
• Prospect, cultivate and develop new referral relationships across healthcare and senior living networks; partner with community providers and stakeholders.
• Generate an average of 10 admissions per month and maintain 5–8 meaningful referral conversations daily.
• Report to the Director of Business Development and work independently and as part of a team with strong organizational and communication skills.
