• Proven experience in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting.
• Proficiency in Hiring strategies and techniques.
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to build positive relationships and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
