Job summary

Petaluma Health Center is seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for non-provider roles and coordinate onboarding for new hires. You will work with hiring managers to understand requirements, post roles in ATS, source and screen candidates, and drive offers and onboarding to completion.

The role requires at least 3 years of recruitment experience, familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years in full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience onboarding new hires and coordinating orientation.
• Experience using ATS and HRIS systems.
• Healthcare recruitment experience preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned non-provider positions from posting to accepted offer and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and priorities.
• Post and maintain open positions in ATS and other channels.
• Source and screen qualified candidates, forward to managers for consideration.
• Serve as primary liaison between candidates and hiring managers with timely communications.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and support hiring managers during selection.
• Prepare and facilitate employment offers through ATS and obtain required approvals.
• Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records in ATS.
• Follow up with candidates and manage disposition throughout recruitment.
• Support recruitment events, career fairs, and partnerships as needed.
• Assist with recruitment reporting and tracking such as vacancies and time-to-fill.
