Job summary

Interim HealthCare Staffing in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare professionals in our in-person Bloomington office.

You will build candidate relationships, source actively, and collaborate with other departments to meet staffing needs. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with 8:00am–4:30pm hours and a starting salary range of $65k to $75k plus quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• One year of high-volume healthcare-related recruitment experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to source and cold call candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the recruiting process: end-to-end recruitment to meet organizational needs.
• Develop, build, and maintain candidate relationships using sourcing and selection techniques.
• Proactively recruit healthcare professionals through multiple sources and strategies.
• Experience working within an ATS.
• Experience utilizing social media to build candidate pipelines.
