You will attract, screen, and interview candidates, build a strong candidate pipeline, and collaborate with nursing leadership to prioritize staffing needs while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in healthcare or long-term care is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified candidates for clinical and non-clinical roles (CNAs, LPNs, RNs, housekeeping, admin).
• Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
• Post openings on job boards, social media, and community resources.
• Source candidates via networking, referrals, career fairs, schools, and outreach.
• Screen applications and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews with department leaders.
• Maintain candidate communication through hiring process.
