Comprehensive Mobile Care in Phoenix, AZ is hiring an entry-level Recruiter to join our team and scale smarter. You’ll learn full-cycle recruiting from the ground up, source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach, and conduct phone screens to assess fit and soft skills.

You’ll build long-term relationships with candidates, support credentialing post-hire, and collaborate with hiring managers to improve speed, quality, and outcomes in a fast-paced, growth‑oriented

Qualifications

• Entry-level recruiting role with ownership and mentorship.
• Learn full-cycle recruiting from the ground up.
• Experience with high-volume outreach is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, customer service, hospitality, sales, or leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Learn and execute full-cycle recruiting.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Conduct phone screens and evaluate technical fit and soft skills.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates.
• Use ATS and sourcing tools to manage pipelines.
• Support credentialing and compliance steps post-hire.
• Partner with hiring managers and recruiting leadership.
• Look for ways to improve speed, quality, and outcomes.
