Job summary

American Physiatry in New Jersey is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Physicians and APPs, from sourcing through placement. You will collaborate with leadership to understand staffing needs and build a strong talent pipeline.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting experience; healthcare and physician recruiting experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable learning new technology, recruiting platforms, ATS/CRM systems, and sourcing tools.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership and team members.
• Results-oriented approach with a focus on identifying qualified candidates.
• Passion for healthcare and connecting talented professionals with meaningful career opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Source Top Talent: Identify and engage qualified Nurse Practitioners through job boards, social media, referrals, direct and cold outreach, and creative sourcing strategies
• Build Relationships: Develop strong, professional relationships with candidates and serve as a trusted point of contact throughout the recruitment process
• Think Creatively: Test new sourcing approaches and stay current on recruitment trends to continually improve candidate pipelines.
• Stay Organized: Maintain accurate candidate information, activity, and recruiting metrics within our applicant tracking system
• Make an Impact: Help build a strong clinical team that directly supports the growth and success of American Physiatry

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven, resourceful, and people-focused Healthcare Recruiter to help us attract and hire exceptional Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).

The Opportunity

As a Healthcare Recruiter, you’ll manage the recruitment process from initial sourcing and outreach through candidate engagement and placement.
