You will build relationships with candidates and hiring managers, use multiple platforms for recruitment, and ensure a positive candidate experience while aligning staffing with client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting.
• Proficiency in hiring strategies and techniques.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to build positive relationships and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.

Role Description
