BT Health is seeking a Physician Recruiter in the United States to prospect, qualify, and generate recruiting leads for healthcare clients. The ideal candidate will develop physician candidate leads from various sources, including cold calls, inbound inquiries, social media, and boards, and will build a robust pipeline while coordinating with clients on needs, locations, and contractor terms.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing Physicians by cold calling, utilizing social media, online job boards and recruitment databases, state medical boards and professional association sites.
• Qualify, present and recommend candidates to meet client needs by evaluating fit for location, personality and experience.
• Build relationships with physicians and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Meet with the team to collaborate and manage the active candidate pool.
• Negotiate rates, travel, shifts and other contracting details.
• Coach candidates through all recruitment stages and escalate to leadership when needed.
• Establish professional networking groups and attend events to develop candidate sources.
• Gather market information to drive client leads and new business.

Job description

As a Physician Recruiter, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new recruiting leads to support our clients. The ideal Recruiter should be a highly motivated, who can identify and develop new candidate leads from a variety of sources including their own inbound inquiries, general leads, candidate lists, and individual research.

As a Recruiter your responsibilities include:

• Sourcing Physicians by cold calling, utilizing social media, on-line job boards and recruitment databases, state medical boards and professional association sites.
• According to Client requirements, qualify, present and recommend candidates to meet the needs of our clients by evaluating candidate fit for a particular location, candidate personality, work experience, references, and other applicable information.
• Build strong relationships with physicians and maintain a well-qualified pipeline of candidates.
• Meet with your team regularly to collaborate and manage your active candidate pool.
• Negotiate candidate rates, travel arrangements, shifts to be worked, and other items affecting contracting and the placement.
• Navigate and coach candidates through various situations during all stages of the recruitment and placement process. Escalating to leadership as needed.
• Establish professional networking groups, attend networking events, and establish sources to develop candidate pipeline.
• Gather market information to drive client leads to help drive new business for the organization.
