Job summary

Insight Global is hiring an Recruiter to serve as a strategic talent partner for nursing, clinical, and allied health roles across Central Florida, with a primary focus on the Orlando hospital campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 1-3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting and sourcing candidates through inbound and outbound methods and building candidate relationships.
• Strong partnerships with hiring managers and business leaders with proactive communication.
• Experience using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting technologies.
• Healthcare recruiting experience is preferred.

This recruiter will serve as a strategic talent partner supporting nursing, clinical, and allied health hiring needs across Central Florida, with a primary focus on the Orlando hospital campus. The individual will manage full-cycle recruitment for positions such as registered nurses, respiratory therapists, imaging professionals, rehabilitation specialists, and other patient care roles. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing passive and active candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, managing offer negotiations, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application through onboarding. The recruiter will collaborate closely with clinical leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs, build proactive talent pipelines, and develop creative sourcing strategies in highly competitive healthcare markets. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service to both candidates and stakeholders.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.1-3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.Experience recruiting and sourcing candidates through both inbound and outbound methods, ability to build relationships with candidates.Proven ability to source passive candidates and build talent pipelines in competitive markets.Strong partnership and stakeholder management experience with hiring managers and business leaders.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a reputation for being proactive, highly organized, sharp, and productive in a fast-paced environment.Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting technologies.Experience with sourcing and recruiting in a healthcare setting.
