Prolink is seeking a Recruiter - Healthcare to join its Operations team. You will place and retain qualified healthcare talent, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and deliver world-class client service. This role supports travel healthcare opportunities and requires an on-site presence with some coordination remote work.

Ideal candidates have experience in healthcare staffing, strong organizational skills, and a proactive mindset to meet recruiting targets in a fast-paced environment.

JOB SUMMARY

The Recruiter - Healthcare position is within Prolink's Operations department and partners with key stakeholders to place and retain qualified healthcare talent while cultivating strong relationships and providing world-class customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build relationships with healthcare professionals interested in travel career opportunities
• Provide a world-class experience for our travel healthcare professionals through initiating contact, maintaining rapport, and providing extraordinary customer service
• Source, identify, recruit, and retain qualified healthcare professionals for short-term assignments
• Proactively engage in cold calling potential clients and talent to build relationships and drive business growth through identified opportunities and foster partnerships.
• Educate prospective candidates on the personal and professional benefits of a travel healthcare career
• Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement
• Demonstrate a strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals
• Work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
