Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to candidate submission and negotiation.
• Work on a variety of Healthcare staffing requirements for clients across the United States.
• Source qualified candidates through job portals, databases, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Review and screen candidate profiles against job descriptions and required skill sets.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and ask relevant probing questions to assess experience, qualifications, availability, and interest.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
• Discuss employment opportunities, pay rates, and employment types with candidates.
• Negotiate pay rates and ensure candidate expectations align with job requirements.
• Submit qualified candidate profiles to clients while managing multiple open requisitions.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain accurate recruitment records.
