Responsibilities

• Maintain, organize, and update patient medical records and health information systems.
• Ensure confidentiality, security, and proper release of medical information per HIPAA and policies.
• Retrieve, file, and manage clinical documentation including lab reports and consultations.
• Support operations with appointment tracking, report preparation, and record management.
• Assist with compliance initiatives and record retention requirements.
