Job summary

Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance, the largest orthopaedic surgery group in Nashville and Middle Tennessee, seeks a Medical Records Specialist to maintain precise electronic medical records and support patient care.

You will prepare paperwork for scanning, navigate NextGen EMR, and ensure accurate data collection for statistics. Associate degree preferred; high school diploma required. TOA offers competitive salaries and a broad benefits package including medical, dental, PTO and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Multitask, remain flexible and organized in a changing work environment.
• Maintain, compile and keep proper electronic medical records in EHR.
• Fluently use healthcare systems and navigate between PM and EHR, NextGen a plus.
