Qualifications

• OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospital telecommunication services using phones, pagers, paging system, radio or computer to connect visitors, callers, staff, patients and families.
• Maintain records related to telecommunications (e.g., long distance calls, on-call employees, pages).
• Integrate the hospital's mission and "Guiding Principles" into daily practice.
• Insurance background is preferred but not required.
