We are seeking a polished, patient-focused Receptionist to join our growing clinic team. This role is primarily responsible for creating an exceptional front-desk experience while supporting daily administrative operations in a fast-paced, longevity-focused medical practice.

Primary Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional, and welcoming manner
• Manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and calendar optimization
• Answer phone calls promptly and direct patient inquiries appropriately
• Process patient check-out and payments accurately
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation
• Support smooth daily clinic flow through proactive communication
• Maintain a clean, organized, and polished front office environment

Administrative Support Responsibilities

• Assist with patient intake forms and documentation
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient transitions
• Support inventory tracking for front office supplies
• Handle confidential patient information in compliance with HIPAA guidelines
• Assist leadership with administrative projects as needed

Preferred Experience

• 1+ year of experience as a medical assistant or healthcare front desk role
• Phlebotomy experience is a plus
• Strong customer service background with high patient satisfaction
• Comfortable discussing services, pricing, and scheduling with confidence
