Job summary

Mantality Health is seeking a Certified Phlebotomist / Medical Assistant for our on-site clinics in St. Louis, MO and Chesterfield, MO. You will perform phlebotomy, administer injections, prep exam rooms, and support hormone therapies, working closely with providers to deliver compassionate care.

The role requires 1–2+ years of clinical experience and appropriate certification. This position offers full-time hours at our Missouri locations with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

  • 1–2+ years of clinical or patient-facing healthcare experience.
  • Certified or Registered Medical Assistant and/or Phlebotomy certification required.
  • Strong understanding of medical procedures, lab collection protocols, and infection control.

Responsibilities

  • Perform venipuncture, collect and process blood specimens accurately and efficiently.
  • Administer injections (IM and subcutaneous) and other procedures per provider orders.
  • Prepare, clean, and maintain exam rooms, instruments, and equipment.
  • Support hormone replacement therapy and longevity-related treatments.
  • Welcome and prepare patients for consultations and educate about treatments and aftercare.
  • Ensure accurate documentation in EMR/CRM systems and maintain confidentiality.

WhatYou’llDo
  • Clinical Care & Phlebotomy
  • Perform venipuncture, collect and process blood specimens accurately and efficiently.
  • Administer injections, IM and subcutaneous treatments, and other clinical procedures perproviderorders.
  • Prepare, clean, andmaintainexam rooms, instruments, and equipment according to protocol.
  • Support hormone replacement therapy administration and other longevity-related treatments.
  • Patient Support & Education
  • Welcome and prepare patients for consultations, ensuring comfort and readiness for procedures.
  • Provide education about treatments, aftercare, and health optimization programs.
  • Ensure accurate documentation in EMR/CRM systems and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Operational Excellence
  • Coordinate with the clinical and front office teams to ensuretimelypatient flow.
  • Manage lab supplies,maintaininventory, and ensure compliance with OSHA and CLIA standards.
  • Contribute tocontinuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
What You Have
  • Passion for men’s & women's health, wellness, andlongevitycare.
  • 1–2+ years of clinical or patient-facing healthcare experiencerequired.
  • Certified or Registered Medical Assistant and/or Phlebotomy certificationrequired.
  • Strong understanding of medical procedures, lab collection protocols, and infection control.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills with a patient-first mindset.
  • Experience with EMR or practice management systems
