Job summary

Nationwide-Children in Ohio is seeking a Receiving Clerk to inspect deliveries and complete receipt operations for incoming shipments of materials and verify contents against purchase orders or invoices.

You will unload, verify, and stage deliveries, communicate with suppliers and internal departments to resolve issues, and maintain records while performing data entry tasks. This on-site role requires basic education and experience in receiving and data entry.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• One year of receiving experience is required.
• One year of data entry experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Unloads, verifies, and inspects incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness.
• Records and reports delivery details and discrepancies to appropriate parties.
• Communicates with suppliers and internal departments to resolve issues.
• Stages deliveries and putaway in designated locations.
• Maintains records of received goods and processes returns.
