Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Epic experience required.
• 2+ years in Insurance Verification, Referrals, or Prior Authorizations.
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of insurance verification, referrals, and prior authorizations specialists.
• Ensure accurate and timely insurance verification, referrals, and prior authorizations processes.
• Monitor and optimize team productivity, quality and workload distribution.
