Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Two years' experience in healthcare administration/revenue cycle.
• CRCR Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on insurance claims; expedite cash flow and maximize reimbursement.
• Resolve denials and takeback requests with payers.
• Post payments and ensure accurate remittance posting.
• Research and respond to payer questions in a timely manner.
• Maintain documentation in the practice management system.
• Prioritize claims by aging and dollars outstanding.
• Contribute to a team environment and perform other duties as assigned.
