Job summary

Wet Willie's in Miami, FL seeks a Remittance Posting Analyst to manage the processing of complex remittance payments in CareCloud Remittance. You will post non-standard transactions, validate offshore postings, and monitor quality across accounts.

The role requires strong knowledge of posting regulations, Excel/Word proficiency, and high-volume workflow experience. On-site work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail is essential.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of insurance carriers’ payment regulations including various reimbursement schemes, coinsurance and deductibles, and contractual adjustments.
• Experience with current transaction posting applications.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to perform in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to draw conclusions from data and propose recommendations for management consideration.
• Detail focused and self-motivated/innovative.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and reconcile batches marked for validation and process transactions for quality review.
• Support timely processing of partial post batches and special posting projects.
• Obtain missing information from partially posted batches as needed.
• Review and resolve transactions reported as errors and improve data quality.
• Assist to meet turnaround times for manual and ERA posting.
• Delete, modify or post batches with proper authorization.
