Job summary

Access Healthcare is hiring an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to sell our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), BPO, and healthcare technology services into provider organizations. This is a full-cycle, quota-carrying inside role — prospect from your desk by phone, email, LinkedIn, Zoom and Teams, with minimal travel (under 10%).

This is not an entry-level SDR role and it is not a field/outside sales role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) inside sales experience.
• Track record of carrying and meeting a sales quota.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; effective selling remotely.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and sales-engagement tools.
• Working knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle functions.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of target accounts across hospitals, health systems, physician groups, ambulatory surgery centers, and specialty practices.
• Run full-cycle inside sales: research and identify accounts, run outbound campaigns, conduct discovery, build pipeline, advance opportunities, and work with outside sales team to close — primarily remotely.
• Identify decision-makers and stakeholders, and lead consultative discovery on their RCM processes, outsourcing initiatives, staffing challenges, and technology environment.
• Partner with the SVP of Sales and commercial team on account strategy and hand-offs where deals require broader resources.
• Maintain accurate, timely activity and pipeline data in Salesforce and hit or exceed KPIs for pipeline generated, opportunities created, and revenue closed.
